An incredible place just a 10-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The service was outstanding — always friendly, eager to help, and truly beyond what you’d expect even from a 5-star property. The staff at Palazzo Dei Fiori kindly arranged a water taxi from Tronchetto for us. We paid the fare directly to the taxi driver, so there was no extra charge from the hotel — just a thoughtful service to make our arrival seamless. To our surprise, they also arranged, entirely at their expense, a wonderful visit to a glass museum — an unexpected and truly delightful gift. The taxi pulled right up to the hotel’s private canal entrance, where we were warmly greeted at the door by a lovely lady and the bellman. It was such a magical first impression that my jaw literally dropped. This was our very first visit to Venice, and without a doubt, it was the best stay we’ve ever had. Paris, Milan, Cyprus, the Dominican Republic — all wonderful in their own way — somehow feel a little less dazzling compared to the experience we had here. Palazzo Dei Fiori gave us more than just accommodation; they gave us unforgettable memories. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’m already dreaming about coming back.
