they got us an upgrade (from the Shakespeare Studio to the Casa Verdi Apartment) which was absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed it a lot. Staff was very friendly and willing to help and everything in the apartment was spotless clean and organized. The apartment was well equipped and the location was great! I was surprised with the hairdryer in the bathroom, because it wasn't in the description, but I hadn't brought mine so it was great having one. The girl at the reception in the evening also sent us some recommendations of places to eat in the city, which were great as well.

The apartment was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Just WOW, from the moment I got in contact with the owner, she warned us that there's a penalty if we drive in the city and offered to pick us up at the closest parking lot. That was very helpful. Thank you. Once we arrived at the apartment, we were amazed, it is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the top floor, it's cozy and has enough drawers to organise your clothes. Aircon was working well, it's very clean, we all.had towels, the bathroom is lovely too, nice water pressure, it was very clean and we lived the decoration. Although we didn't make much use of the kitchen, it was spacious, clean, and had everything you need. The beds were very comfortable too. We asked the administrator where could we have traditional Italian and she recommended us a lovely restaurant with Great food! The administrator is very friendly and answered all our queries. I do look forward to coming back to this beautiful apartment. Once again, thank you for a lovely stay.

The property looks and feels even better than what the pictures show. Excellent location, less than 15 min on foot from the Arena and 5 min from a paid car park. We had a quiet spacious room facing a beautiful courtyard. The AC was impeccable in mid August. The property has a spacious and fully equipped shared kitchen with a washing machine, tumble drier and good quality coffee machine. The communication with the property management has been excellent. Requests made at Christmas were taken care of 8 months on. Easy access at all time with codes. Helpful information provided shortly before arrival via booking.com message. Various tourist information available on a chest of drawers in the hallway, including great tips for local restaurants. Our communication with the property manager was excellent throughout our stay. We loved this property and are certainly going to come back.

We stayed for 2 nights in this cosy apartment. Spacious enough for a family, clean and well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you would need for a few days stay. Walking distance to most attractions and a bus stop nearby to get you to Porta Nuova. The street noise is as expected in Verona, and didn't bother us at all.

Great location, only just outside the historic centre but far enough to be away from main crowds and easy access to rail station. Close to bars and restaurants and shops for self-catering. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable apartment. Small terrace but big enough to sit out on when sun not too hot. (Great view of local swifts ).
