This place is incredible. The taste, the care, the quality, all was amazing. Had I known before how good it was, I would have booked a longer stay. This is a reconstructed old japanese house. But it is done with such care, that you can feel it. It is quiet and beautiful. The kitchen has basic conditions, but there was enough to season a salad. I really felt there was care and thoughfulness all around.

The location is perfect for food lovers – with a charming little fruit shop run by a sweet granny just around the corner, and a must-try sauce Katsu spot serving Aizu’s famous specialty. We absolutely loved the traditional Japanese-style house – from its calming scent to its warm, nostalgic vibes. The futon was incredibly comfortable and gave us the sweetest dreams every night. We truly appreciated being able to stay in such a fine home during our visit to Aizu-Wakamatsu. It made our trip even more memorable! Thank you, Asa!
