    Location was great for moving around the region as so close to nagano station. Quiet in the rooms even though on a main road. Good powerful shower and lots of nice towels! Big space Good kitchen with utensils Warm as lots of heaters around Comfortable beds /futons Very attentive and friendly staff Easy to use communal washer dryer (but not in the room!) Easy check in and they allowed us early check in as room was ready earlier.
