1. Location. The hotel is near train station and several convenience stores. 2. Facilities. 3. Security. One thing that I want to acknowledge the hotel is the extra help given to us in regards to our luggages. Due to language barrier with 7-eleven staff and no access to sim card, we were not able to arrange for a luggage delivery service. We got help from the housekeeping lady who called one of the receptionists on 16 dec 2023. The reception agreed to help us and we left our luggages and funds in our rooms. They helped us arrange for luggage delivery and with their assistance, our luggages arrived in Tokyo the next day. My family is very thankful to the hotel staff. We greatly appreciate all their help. :)

I was lucky to have found this nice aparthotel in booking.com. It was a perfect fit for us five, a couple, two kids and mother-in-law. The kids, of ages 19 and 17, were amazed of the bunker beds, and the separated bathrooms and toilets, two of each, made the stay also more comfortable. The small apartment had everything you needed for a family trip or business travel etc. The staff were very kind and helpul. We could check in a bit earlier which we really appreciated for we arrived tired from a trip and my mother-in-law needed a quick fresh-up. The free amenities in the lobby and the ideal location are also characteristics of the hotel that have to be mentioned. I would recommend this accommodation to friends or/and family who visit this neighbourhood.

The location was super convenient to Osaka Castle, the subway, convenience markets, and the supermarket. There are many restaurants nearby and Boulangerie Fukushima, about a block away, had amazing pastries! It was the best croissants and pastries we've had since Paris. The apartment has everything you need. They even provide laundry detergent, brushes, razors, slippers, etc. The kitchen is small but very functional with all the necessities provided. We spent three nights and all were very quiet. The beds are comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and Dar was a great pleasure to speak with. He helped us locate the supermarket and answered our questions. Since we don't speak Japanese, it was a relief that he spoke English so well! Thank you, Dar!
