I had a wonderful stay at Sasanda Villa! The location is perfect - just a short walk from lissa Lake, which made our evenings really peaceful and relaxing. The villa is great for families, with a calm and safe environment that made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the friendly and welcoming staff - always ready to help with a smile and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend Sasanda Villa to anyone visiting the area, especially it you're traveling with family. A lovely place to relax and enjoy nature!

We can highly recommend this property, especially for couples with the romantic view. We had a large room and steaming hot water. It’s was very comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and they did a great job as I'm being able to surprise our wedding anniversary with their help. Their food is very delicious and fresh. In this property, you can enjoy the authentic Sri Lankan food and it makes you feel that you're staying at your home.Nature all around, with lizards, tortoises, peacocks , eagles and and differnt kind of birds, right in our around the yard. And Specially it's located infront of the lake so they also arrnge the BBQ dinner in the lake area. In the night they arrange night elephant watching tour by jeep . that's was nice experience i ever had. They even arranged our safari into Yala national parks the next day and our day trip even included breakfast and lunch and the person they have contacted for us is reliable and well manners and well experienced. also the stuff was very friendly and professional. They are know to explain the envioronmet and also about animals I am pretty sure I will come back soon. A lovely place!

Lovely place infront of tissa lake.Newly opened hotel and very nice staff .very nice and clean room. Highly reccomended place.

The property was very clean and colourful and was in a great location. It was near to 4 national parks and next to the beach. The property was very natural and a perfect place to relax after a few days travelling around Sri Lanka.
