It was a very comfortable apartment for our family of two adults and a 6 y.o. child . The access to the appartement was very comfortable too - there is an elevator going up from the parking floor. The beds are very comfortable, bed linen, pillows and blankets are new, the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, all equipment and furniture are as in the photo, everything is new and clean. The bedrooms windows look out onto a quiet courtyard. There is a second small balcony with cozy new furniture. There is a large grocery supermarket within walking distance. The owner of the appartement quickly answered our questions. We are very grateful to him for his hospitality!

The apartment is conveniently located close to the city center — you can walk or take a nearby bus to get there easily. The place is very comfortable, especially for a family with children. I traveled for work and took my family with me, staying for five nights. The apartment is conveniently located close to most business offices and offers easy access to downtown. Supermarket Auchan, a cinema, a mall, and various restaurants are only a 7-minute walk away. The bus stop is right next to the building, and transportation is free. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. It’s located on the 4th floor, but the elevator provides easy access to both the apartment and the underground parking. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Parking is easily accessible and located under the building. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. We will definitely return, whether for work or personal visits.

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully modern apartment! The location was perfect, with a café on the first floor for quick coffee runs and a supermarket just a short walk away, making everything super convenient. The host was exceptional—extremely kind, attentive, and always available to help with any needs. They provided detailed instructions, which made accessing the apartment and navigating the space a breeze. The apartment was well-equipped, including a washing and drying machine, which was a huge plus. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place!
