We had a really great time staying at Ashraf‘s place. He is super nice, funny and accomodating. Plus he took us to do a night hiking to see the stars and overlooking Aït Ben Haddou. The room is quite pretty and cute. The rooftop terrace also allows you to see the stars. The stay is conveniently located really near the center of the town. Also his Tagine chicken lemon is the best!

A basic and decent setup for a “roadside hotel.” Spacious beds, electricity, a somewhat camp-style shower, and a small sink. The room we had felt a bit humid, but it was tolerable. It was nice to have a fridge! We asked for a hairdryer at the reception and were kindly given one for nearly 24 hours. The receptionist was very polite. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the heat. There’s a pleasant shared terrace and a pool that adds a nice interior touch (we didn’t try swimming). The view from the terrace overlooks sandy landscapes and even a distant glimpse of Ksar Ait Ben Haddou — the famous filming location for many movies.

This property is a lovely little gem with every tiny detail handmade by the owners and meticulously designed. The room itself was quite cosy and comfortable. Mohamed and Mariyam are such sweet hosts and Mariyam cooked us a delicious vegetarian meal with generous portion sizes for the cost. Each member of the hosting family is autistic and we got a beautiful sculpture made by Mohamed for a very reasonable price. We loved everything about our stay and totally recommend this to other people looking to stay close to Ait Ben Haddor. Thank you Mohamed and Mariyam.

The stay here was fantastic, Brahim is very nice and the place too, we met his family and his wife cooked dinner for us and I have never eaten better here in Morocco. The view is splendid and the rooms are lovely and well kept. He explained Berber culture to us a bit and the history of what they went through, it was very interesting. We didn't have a lot of time but he also offers to do guided tours in the old Berber caves which I look forward to do in my next trip here. I have really felt at home here and he also gifted us a couple pomegranates that we wanted to buy. If you want to stay somewhere near Marrakech/Ouarzazage and visit the Moroccan mountains I recommend this place, I dare say it's even better than Dades Gorges.

We where family of 4 and only stayed in for one night, but we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment which was on the top floor, so the views from the balcony was great too. Apartment was 💯 clean. Quite at the night. Everything was in working order. Receptionist was very good, polite and professional. Pleasure to deal with. Most valuable asset of the business. He is the reason why I rated 🔟*
