An amazing place in a perfect location—just a short walk to the sea, restaurants, and market. The host was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always available. The apartment had everything we needed, from an aero grill and dishwasher to a hair dryer and coffee machine. The bed was super comfortable, with high-quality towels and linens. The small garden pool was clean and refreshing, and the cozy garden with mountain views was perfect for sunbathing, yoga, or a BBQ. Highly recommended!

The villa is very pleasant, spacious, everything is new and clean. The host is extremely hospitable and professional. We were surprised that we got a jacuzzi and a barbecue for free in the pool area. The food is very tasty, high quality and very affordable. The villa is private with a large yard, affordable for a large number of people. From the hospitality and kindness of the owner, the cleanliness of the apartment, the contents in it, the comfort of the bed, all the way to the nearest beach (pictures below - not even a minute's walk from the apartment), which is mostly visited only by the hosts (there is no crowd, which suits us), and the cleanliness of the same beach is on a solid level, everything was great. The air conditioner works perfectly without any problems, the owner also provided a coil against mosquitoes. There is also a terrace with a beautiful view. There is no noise, we did not hear the church bell at all. The owner helped us with the choice of restaurants, nearby attractions, they even provided us with a boat ride to Gospa od Škrpjela, which pleasantly surprised us.

    Everything was perfect. Fantastic big appartment. Old luxury style. Perfectly clean, very good equipped kitchen and very friendly hosts. Great sea view from rooms and large terrace. The location is a 5 minute walk to the sea front. Not far from Perast and Kotor old towns. Overall great experience. We will definitely come again👍👍

    The owners are super sweet and welcoming, willing to fo beyond expectations. The appartment is nice, clean and cosy with place to park your car, nice shaded terasse with great view on the Boka and AC. Fully stacked kitchen and bathroom is also great, as much as welcoming gift in the fridge😀. Once again, thank you very much for accomodating us even on such short notice.

    Fantastic view from balcony. Bed comfortable. Great morning swims in the bay across the road. Very friendly host. Kitchen well equipped. The washing machine was very useful. Wlan and Internet were generally good. TV available but we never used it - we spent our time out exploring the region. Thanks for a great time.

    The host goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The private deck with sunbeds and umbrellas makes it very easy to enjoy the bay. The kitchen is very well equipped. Including good knives for cooking, toaster, sandwich grill, water kettle, several pots and pans. The house was fully equipped with cleaning supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, trash bags, detergent and clothes washing soap.

    We liked very much that the beach, shops and the restaurants were so close to the house, which is located on the one very quiet small street in Morinj. The appartment was very clean and comfortable with small, but very good equipted kitchen. In the bathroom there is washmachine, too.
