Stunning location, friendly hosts and other guests. The hut was perfectly fine for 3 people, with our kid being happy with his own attic. Clean, warm and dry, with a small kitchenette and a bathroom. There's even a trampoline and a hammock for kids.

We had an amazing stay at Balić Inn! We loved everything! The hosts are very welcoming! They set up a sleeping place for our kid, they answered all of our messages promptly and were always ready to help. The location was perfect for us - it is not far from Gusinje but in a calm and quiet area where we could really enjoy the countryside and the views. All the sights were within easy reach by car. We had everything we needed in the house! The kitchen is well equipped, there are even some board games, a place for a barbecue outside. Definitely our warmest recommendations!!! I'm attaching a photo of the house and the views around.

Super friendly and hospitable host :) the apartment is super clean and new, made like for themselves rather than for guests. It is equipped with everything you need. The location is also very good, just 3min by car from Gusinje center, so it's close but quiet. In every window there are bug nets which are super convenient! And the view is just breathtaking!

Very clean, comfortable and well maintained. There is everything you need, including a basic kitchen and shower set, a heater and a fireplace. The Internet worked flawlessly, as did the smart TV, and we were able to watch a movie. It was very warm and welcoming, 1 minute to the center of Gusinye. I punctured a tire on the way to the mountains and arrived with a spare tire. The owner gave me spare tires and helped me find a working tire shop on Sunday. I will never cease to be amazed at the kindness and responsiveness of people from the north. Super host, thank you very much! See you.

    Location is close to the center The room is small but nicely furnished There is a balcony in one room where you can dry clothes but another room has only a window The owner Emir was superhelpful even though he was on vacation. He gave us tips and offered a bigger room on a lower floor because we wanted more privacy and our own kitchen and bathroom

    Everything was beautiful in this apartment! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. And also lots of place to sit outside. All the kitchen utensils we needed were there. John the host is really friendly and helpful. Very pleasant conversationalist to talk to. Adviced us about all the trips around the area.

    We rented one of the smallest bungalows without a kitchen and refrigerator, but it was clean and comfortable enough for its small size. Keep in mind that Wi-Fi is only near the reception house, and there is no mobile connection in the valley (only on the top of mountains :)).
