The apartment was in a perfect location, central, yet quiet. The host was exceptionally welcoming and provided clear instructions throughout. Communication was prompt and helpful at every stage. The apartment was spotless on arrival, with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Stylish, well-maintained, and fully equipped, it exceeded our expectations. First of all, we easily found the residence with the help of the navigation. But we couldn't understand how to enter the car park, so I parked the car and entered the building to find someone responsible. Then, I found Mr. Ismael, who was responsible from the check-in process. He explained how we could enter the car park, he met us on the floor we were supposed to park our car, brought someone with a luggage carrier to carry our bags to our room, and dealt with the check-in process entirely. He also gave a number which we could easily contact him about any problems or questions about the apartment. Besides the apartment's own keys, the section with the apartments is accessed with a special password. So, it is quite safe. The residences are located on the 16th-20th floors, so you will have a beautiful Port Louis view. Our residence was quite big and comfortable. There are many things in the kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. There is scrabble if you are bored. There is a safe in one of the bedrooms to keep your belongings. There were two bedrooms in ours and they both have their own bathrooms. The bathrooms were clean. Before coming here, I was very nervous about the car park because of some negative comments, but in reality you won't have any problems while entering and going out the apartment if you do it properly. Only one car can go up or down at the same time because the car park is very narrow. On every floor, in the up and down directions, there are traffic lights. If the light is red, you have to stop because it means that a car is coming from the opposite direction. When the light is green, you can go. Finally, it is close to the Caudan Waterfront and the China Town, so you can walk there. Generally, we felt very safe and had a pleasant stay in Citadell Mall Apartments.

I liked everything in that apartment. No wonder it's called Cozy Place because the place is Cozy. Everything worked excellent, friendly staff, streaming App 24/7, washroom is well cleaned. In fact everything over there is excellent for a Leisure or Business trip. #GudosToThem👏👍

This was the largest apartment I’ve stayed in x3 large double bedrooms one with x2 double beds good kitchen (kettle didn’t work) and the biggest lounge you’ve ever seen I would recommend this place! We was let down by our Taxi for our onward journey and was having difficulty booking another one phone call to the owner. This problem was solved a good host, helpful, and even gave us a late check out so we could spend the rest of the day exploring the city , we would definitely stay here again .

The bungalow is very stylishly furnished. The garden is very well-kept, and you can sit by the sea and watch the sunset. Many thanks to Isa; we felt so comfortable. She was quick to help us with any questions we had. We had a wonderful time at Kapsables. It is highly recommended.

    Everything was great, from the location (close to the supermarket and the bus stop to the centre of Port Louis) to the friendly hosts. The apartment was really convenient, spacious and clean, with well equipped kitchen, eating area, bathroom and two big bedrooms. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and even left some food and drinks in the fridge for me. The earlier check in and later check out was no problem. It was a great stay.

    The appartment is located on the 16th floor, you have 2 huge balcony's with the most amazing view of the city, when we arrived a very nice man met us in the city and directed us to the internal carpark, we were then shown our room which we could not believe, 3 large bedrooms a lovely fitted kitchen and living area with high quality furnishing, honestly if you are wanting to send some time in Port Louis this is the place to stay. The location is perfect, 5-10 minutes walk to the port, only 5-10 minutes to china town, in one word....FABULOUS

    - Great location (Google Maps took us to the opposite street when Wakin Residence was the location, but this area is easy to navigate so we found the place) - Helpful and responsive host - Excellent WiFi and TV with streaming services (YouTube, Netflix, etc) - Well-equipped kitchen and washing machine and ironing facilities - Hot water in bathrooms available 24/7 - Coffee, tea bags, salt, sugar, washing liquid and basic home needs were provided

    Spacious apartment centrally located Would have enjoyed complimentary tea coffee water Coming from abroad one cannot get supplies immediately..around the area most shops close early.
