The interior design of the house is minimalist, yet very comfortable. The beds are extremely cozy, and the water pressure is strong. Surprisingly, there's a large and brand-new refrigerator. There are also many eateries within walking distance. A few bottles of drinking water were provided on the dining table for the first day, which was a nice touch. It would be even better if a water filter were available.

The disadvantages of this place: 1. The balcony is slightly dirty, with paint flakes scattered on the floor and cigarette butts lying around. 2. The toilet requires cleaning after each use because water tends to pool in the middle of the bathroom. Additionally, water collects in the corners of the toilet, creating three (2 corners + 1 middle of the bathroom) areas where water can stagnate. 3. The mattress in the master bedroom is uncomfortable. The good of this place: 1. The interior of the house is very clean and spacious.
