Well located and very comfortable for just relaxing. Maria, who welcomed us was lovely and informative. The glass of wine we were offered on arrival was much appreciated after a very long day of travel from Vancouver, Canada. The breakfast each morning was more than sufficient to start our day. The design and furnishing of the apartment is beautiful, and really feels like a luxurious home. There's a courtyard behind the lobby which would be lovely in the summer. The staff were friendly and helpful; even outside of reception hours (in practice about 10 am to 9 pm) we could contact them via WhatsApp. The laundry facilities were very welcome, and conveniently located on our floor right next to our apartment. (105) clean towels every two days, and we got a full service clean on the 4th day of our seven night stay. Would definitely stay again. The location was wonderful. So close to restaurants, Time Out food market, and the metro and trains.

We loved our home above the water, where we could take our dog with us who played with the resident one, lovely Lola. It's quiet for sleeping though in city distance. We took one of their bikes (included) and rode 35min into the historic city centre, just following the bike lane along the river. Bedsheets where cozy, breakfast nice - we live vegan and upon request they adapted it even with vegan cheese. We would always come back, as it was the most relaxed stay with dog and car in Lisbon.
