Amazing apartment, equipped with anything we needed and even more. Friendly and responsible reception. We left our luggage after the check out, everything was super clean, we had two towels each for just one night, many pillows, a comfortable bed and there's also a nespresso machine available and other kitchen stuff! If we ever visit Porto again we will definitely stay at Catarina Serviced Apartments.

Very convenient location. Near Metro and joyful shop street. Modern designed room has cooking heater, microwave, fridge and various cutleries. I was so surprised the room had a huge private outdoor space. It was little cold but I enjoyed breakfast there. There is a big mall next to the apartments.

We loved everything about Porto but especially the accommodations we had booked at Apartmentos The Arc Carris.. The unit we stayed in was supremely clean, very modern, and so spacious. The breakfast was the best we had in our entire stay in Portugal and that was over 11 days in other cities like Lisbon..Everything that is advertised and shown in the brochures or online profile is exactly what you will find.. .No disappointments and no surprises ..The front desk reception personnel (which is at the bigger hotel across the street) were all very friendly and helpful with our check in and check out..It made our time in Porto , albiet too short in retrospect ,so much more pleasant. We would definitely recommend staying at The Arc Carris and hope some day we can return there ourselves. .

    The accommodation was very high standard and extremely spacious. We were met on arrival and provided with a starter pack, which included fruit and a bottle of wine. This was a lovely unexpected touch. Condiments were also provided for the self catering kitchen. The area is quieter yet easy to get to the river. Parking is very safe and private.

    We booked a self catering, one bedroom/ kitchen apartment and had a most delightful time. Supermarket, market and laundromat are close by as are many cafes, restaurants, theatre and places of interest. Bus, metro and taxis are also in close proximity. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

    Rooms lovely. Location really handy but fairly lively. Really lovely welcome port and place to leave luggage after you’ve left so you can’t continue to explore the city. Private bathroom in the room. Though little it was functional. All facilities in kitchen for self catering if you like though there are loads of eateries near by. Easy access 24 hours.

    The property was fantastic. Francisco was a very welcoming host full of useful information to share. The location was easy walk to the main tourist attractions. It was in a quiet safe feeling area. The room had a good view of the tram trundling past. The mini kitchen was well equipped for some basic self catering. Lots of space to relax in after walking around all day. Thank you.
