We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and perfect for a family to spend quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy and enjoyable — everything we needed was there. We especially loved the large dining table both in the kitchen and on the terrace, ideal for shared meals and long conversations. And the view… absolutely breathtaking! Overlooking the bay, it was the kind of peaceful, beautiful scenery you never get tired of. We truly felt at home and would love to return one day.

A completely renovated interior. With good taste and high quality. We are lucky to stay only two(actually on our silver-honeymoon) in such a large and comfortable villa and with absolutely all the possible facilities. A very large ultra-modern kitchen area gives us a lot of joy. The queen-bed bedroom was also fantastic. Free parking for car and safe place for our ebikes on the entrance porch. Övik (as locals shorten Örnsköldsvik) it's a nice, bike friendly city.

Friendly welcome by host. Clean appartement. Host recommended us to go to communal sauna next to sea which was a great experience. We liked an opportunity to take a morning swim close to the appartement. The kitchen was well equipped.

Very nice place for company or big family. Spaceous house with all needed services for beautiful stay in nice and quiet place. Close to a very nice city (5 min drive). We were 4 guys and everybody had his own bedroom, which was a main factor, why I chose this property. Finally we stayed very happy with price and quality ratio.
