No breakfast...but the owners Manuela and Emanuel went out of their way in helping me to plan my further travels in other islands like Anguilla...even though this is not their job and they have two young kids to take care of..really appreciate their help.

I loved EVERYTHING! The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and well presented. The room, specifically the bed was huge! The shower was fantastic. The room was large with a great tv, bed and kitchen area with everything I needed. The bathroom was a good size and the shower had to heads so it was like a spa. The AC worked really well and I was super comfortable and slept so well. The outside area was a nice space to just sit and enjoy a coffee. The pool was fantastic. Great size and warm even at 5pm! There was also another pool down by the beach. You couldn’t really use the beach for swimming due to the rocks but this really didn’t matter at all as there are so many amazing beaches close to the hotel. The location was superb! Loads of restaurants and shops close. And what topped it all off was the staff!! They were brilliant 🤩 helpful, happy and friendly…. They organised trips and a car for me. Always asked how I was, were interested in me and my day. Out of all the places I’ve toured in the Caribbean so far this location and hotel was my favourite! I truly loved it and can’t wait to got back. I also felt it was fantastic value for money, really reasonable price for what you got and the service they proved.

Was caught up in a delayed flight for 13 hours. Book room while on delay as I was not able to make my ferry back to my country. Candy personally called me while I was stuck at the airport as she realized I didn't show up. As it was my first stay, she guided me through it all until I got to the inn. She was so patience. Thanks again for the quick service.

    THE VIEWS are amazing! Fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom facilities were all top-notch. Washer/dryer was included. Lots of great restaurants all within walking distance, lots of food markets, a casino, cinema. Staff are super friendly, conscientious, polite, and work hard.

    The quality of the apartment is exceptional with Porcelanosa fittings in both the bathroom and kitchen for example. The price is very reasonable considering other options at the same price point. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and the location is excellent as well! We loved the rooftop pool with the view over Simpson Bay

    We had an excellent stay in this tastefully decorated apartment close to all Simpson Bay attractions. The private garden and outdoor kitchen allowed us to concoct a delicious dinner with a view of the Simpson Bay lagoon. We will definitely come back to this apartment!
