Since this is our second time, we decided to try the smaller studio instead of the 1-BR residence. The size of the studio is perfect - about the size of an average Asian hotel room. It’s simply furnished and comfortable. We loved that it is slightly further away from the hotel side so it’s generally quieter but just a hop from the breakfast and dinner restaurants. The restaurant staff are amazing as usual, especially the ones having to deal with mad hungry crowds at breakfast. The dinner restaurant staff, esp the male team leader who speaks well, was amazing and energetic - helping my husband navigate his allergies and dietary restrictions.

The house is spacious and artistic, with a private swimming pool. It's perfect for family travelling with helpful and kind staff, who always gives you useful recommendation and prompt response. With staff assistance, we rent a van and driving service, and the driver Suriya is amazing. In addition, the in-room massage is relaxing and refreshing. I will strongly recommend the Chandra residence to my friends, and hope will visit again in future.

Superb place. Quiet area. Easily accessible by Grab. Hannah Hahn cafe closeby is a delight too. Many reviews talk about flight noise which is true but we loved it. My 5 year old would hear the flight noise, look out the window and knows in one week which logo corresponds to which airline.

It was a wonderful stay. The owners are very kind and accommodating. I felt very comfortable. It's located a bit outside of Chiang Mai, which is something to keep in mind. The pool and the location were great for relaxing.

Well-furnished. Clean and nice personal space for a good catch up with friends. 3 bedrooms. 1 with attached bathroom. 1 common bathroom. Functional kitchen. Enough space for 2 cars. Breakfast is very good. Choose a main dish and a beverage. Good to place order the night before and the time you would want it delivered to avoid a long wait.
