Stayed for a week, until 28/05/2025. From arrival this was a promising place, first and not least because of the friendly security staff (Esther especially, a legend and a legendary talker. What a gem!) and excellent staff in reception, to our pleasant shock at how much better than we expected was the suite, to the squeaky - clean bathrooms, surfaces and linen (thank you Michael Shannon who looked after our block), the excellent pools and spas (busy, hard-working ground staff but always ready to acknowledge one with a smile and a greeting) and the great location, this was our #1 ranked hotel stay of 36 years of marriage.

Lovely place ,nice warm pool ,good pool table ,huge Tele, loads of parking ,the local pools and facilities are great and lovely hosts. My partner hurt her back badly and they were so helpful and kind by letting us have a very late checkout ,which helped my partner get home more comfortably,a lovely 2 weeks spent ,thank you.

Everything!! The house was amazing, immaculate, incredibly clean. Beds were the comfiest I've ever slept in. Bedrooms were lovely and big, kitchen was perfectly equipped to enable us to eat in. Great location, especially for Disney, and the Lake was a lovely added addition, as was the pool on the complex. Would DEFINITELY return.
