Absolutely stunning place. You can tell that Erich takes pride in this property from all the small details that really make the place so beautiful. He made sure that every part of our stay was amazing. I cannot express just how lovely our stay was and I appreciate all the hard work he put in.

Our cottage was extremely neat, clean, functional and tasteful. The garden is incredibly beautiful! The location is perfect and within walking distance of the town centre. The owners were available and gave us lots of tips about places to eat and attractions in the area. They also brought a lovely bottle of wine for my husband to celebrate his 70th birthday. We will definitely stay here again and again.

We loved everything about the Stoke House! It is located a very short drive away from the center of town, so close to everything Clarens has to offer. We had the main house and a smaller room adjacent to the house. It was perfect for our group. The main house had everything you could need and perfect for self-catering. Lindsey was super easy to communicate with and she was very attentive during our stay. We collected the keys at the brewery and couldn't help but to try the local Clarens brew and have a meal at the same time. Delicious! We will definitely stay at the Stoke House on our future travels through Clarens and the Golden Gate Park!

The owners were friendly and accommodating. The accommodation was modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped.     We recently stayed at Moncheri and were blown away by the amazing welcome and wonderful aura that Mada had. The location is perfect and central to shops and activities. The kitchen is fully kitted with all essentials for a self-catering accommodation. The patio has spectacular views of the mountains, a perfect view for sundowners. It was a great way to relax and unwind in Clarens after a long day of exploring. We would highly recommend Moncheri to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay

    The location is just outside of Clarens and a quick 5 min drive into the town square. The host was very welcoming ,friendly and the property is lovely. Great view of the Maluti mountains and also a quick 15 minute drive into Golden Gate National Park. It's a small self catering cottage on residential property with braai facilities, wifi and a small kitchenette which is perfect if you not looking to make huge meals whilst vacationing.

    Self catering so the kitchen appliances, utensils, cutlery and crockery was perfect and I felt like I was in my own kitchen. The location was clean, nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. Loved the big (compared to the tiny TVs you get at other lodges/hotels) clear Samsung TV. I didn't mind the lack of interaction with the owner/reception because they are quick to respond on the phone.
