Everything is brand new, the area is quiet, there is a public beach nearby. Apartment is huge for the studio, with everything you’ll need, everything in the apartment was brand new. Also, I would like to mention, the level of cleanliness is very high! My new favourite place to stay. The residential complex is new in Al Hamra village, kids and dogs friendly area, there is a convenience store nearby, also Al Hamra Mall in 5 minutes drive. The area is surrounded by water, with sea and lagoon.

There’s a grocery store just outside one of the gates, along with a variety of restaurants including Il Forno (Italian), a Turkish spot, and even a Pizza Hut for quick bites. The studio itself was spotless and well-equipped, perfect for a relaxing day away from work. As a bonus, the facility seems to be pet-friendly, which is always a plus. Highly recommended for a peaceful and convenient stay.
