He is a truly genuine and kind person – always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Big thanks to him! The cottage itself is beautiful. The view is simply breathtaking – a full 10/10, with a large window looking straight out over the lake. Everything is extremely clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches everywhere. There’s a fridge, cooking gadgets, and even a smart TV for when you just want to relax indoors. Outside, there’s a grill which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, making it the perfect place to recharge. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked great, and overall it felt like a real home away from home. I recommend this cottage 100% to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. I’ll definitely return whenever life gives me the chance to enjoy some free time here again.

The house itself is built to a high standard, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The grounds are spacious, well-maintained, and filled with fruit trees that bear delicious seasonal fruit guests are welcome to enjoy. Although the owners are not on-site, they are highly responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Greta, who is in charge of maintaining the place — warm, welcoming, and exceptionally professional. A truly special place we would love to return to!

Conveniently located near to supermarkets, bakery , and 15 minutes walk to sevan lake it offered easy access to all places . The apartment is new , very clean, beautifully modern decorated, with a comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with everything that made our stay very enjoyable. The owner exceptionally friendly and attentive, he took us by his car and showed the area providing excellent recommendations for the places we can visit. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture. It has everything you need, warm blankets, kitchen, washing machine, proper shower. It was clean and tidy. We were two people but you could easily be four. Very friendly and helpful owners. There is a fire pit next to the house. The host is very friendly. There is a nearby stable that belongs to the host, and he can arrange horseback riding tours in the mountains. I would love to stay here for another day.
