From coffee capsules and towels to a hair dryer and even detergents, everything was thoughtfully provided. It went far beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with a large supermarket just a short walk away and a pharmacy right across the street. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful our stay was. We stayed here for 5 nights for the purpose of climbing in Innsbruck. First of all, the staff was excellent and replied quickly and courteously to our questions before we arrived. All of the room facilities were new, and the kitchen was well equipped with the minimum necessary utensils, which came in handy for both breakfast and dinner. There is a large supermarket nearby for shopping. It was nice to have a Nespresso coffee maker attached so we could always fill up capsules in the lounge downstairs. The room was cleaned daily and it made us comfortable. The location is a 20 minute walk from the center, and you can also use the streetcar. We did most of our sightseeing on foot. There is a streetcar nearby that runs through the central station. They even provide a welcome card. It’s an essential and awesome!! We appreciated the hospitality of the staff who were always ready to assist us. We had a wonderful Innsbruck memory. Thank you soooo much!
