Beautiful view of the lake and 3 Grocery store nearby and they direct you to a access to a beach nearby to swim or paddle on the lake . Villach center is approximately 10 Min drive .

Ferienhaus Burgblick is centrally located in Treffen in the Carinthia Region, 2 km from Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen Ski Area and the Kanzelbahn Lower Terminus. The house is located very close to Ossiach Lake and in a strategic position for visiting all of Carinthia, since it is close to Villach and within an hour's drive of most destinations. The house and kitchen were equipped with everything necessary for long stays (two hair dryers, washing machine, dryer, pots and pans, cooking utensils,...). The owner, Petra, was very kind and always willing to help. I am especially grateful to her for immediately recommending that we purchase the Kärnten Card, which provides free access to many attractions in the area. The garden is well maintained and contains various playground equipment for children, a tennis table, and a barbecue (unfortunately, with all the things we had to do, we didn't have time to use the latter, but we still enjoyed the garden and deck chairs to relax after our walks and visits during the day).

We had a nice view from the room to the lake and Gerlizten alpen mountains. Worth to buy the Karinthen Card (you can buy at the host), it is really great.
