The size is impressive and the layout of the 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, including 2 addtional storage rooms is simply fantastic. After entering an additional online application we were provided with a guest card for the area. Plenty of parking available. It easily fits 4 people. There is even a basement with laundry and dryer. Shower is good and stairs to reach the first level are broad which is handy carrying luggage up and down. There are several supermarkets and restaurants walking distance. And of course Bludenz offers a lot of hiking !

Plus: Excellent location close to ski slopes (10min walk) appartement is full of space, modern, quiet, fantastic view. parking is large and easily accessible (direct elevator). Bed are excellent. We will come back next year ! Minus: size of pot/pan far too small to cook for 4/5 adults

Lovely, spacious arrangement with a large room and kitchen separate bedroom. The terrace must be wonderful in warmer weather. Great location in the centre of the city, a few steps to the lake. Parking manageable nearby. Clear instructions and a good communication with the owners. Kitchen for equipped. A very cozy place.

Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the garden views. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. What a fantastic host couple Judith and Hannes are.. They where so friendly and was really interested in knowing if everything was perfekt which it was 😀 We as family with kids at a age of 12 and 15 years really enjoyed the stay and it looks so nice and it was just 20 min walk to the Bodensee and 5 min with Bike. Our son evnen hot a birthday gift from Judith and Hannes We where so please with the stay that we would love to come back again and we can highly recommend it for everybody. It was more than five stars ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ worth And as bonus: to see 4 buzzards sitting only 10 meters away in the garten that was also a plus.
