The location is in a quiet suburb away from all the busy Vienna life, but is still only a short train ride away to get back into the old town. You have access to a super market under the hotel which makes it easy to cook up your own meals with the in room kitchenette. We will absolutely be booking here on our next stay. The receptionist staff at this hotel are second to none, assisted us in learning some local language and were generally friendly and bubbly people, no request was a problem, this is how you do customer service! ❤️ A brilliant way to spend our 7 year anniversary and my wife’s 40th together! The bedding is new, and the beds are very comfortable for sleeping. There is no noise from the street. They also have a private underground parking. As for communication with the owner, it was very positive. Next time we visit Vienna, we will definitely return here. The hotel requires a 500 euro deposit.
