Only thing that made me unhappy, is that we were not able to leave our luggage before 9:00, and could enter the room only at 15:03. I cannot complain about that, because these are the rules, but after cross-continental flight and arrival at 6 am waiting was extremely exhausting for my kids and me. Will definitely come again.

Great location in a very quiet neighbourhood, very close to two metro stations (max 5 mins to each of them), just 2 metro stations away from Stephanplatz. Supermarket just 1 minute away. The apartment is spacious (even with a baby cot, our toddler had enough space to walk all over the place) and very well cared for, with a kitchen which was very well equipped for a short stay (we had to prepare food for the baby so we used it a couple of times and we had everything we needed in terms of utensils). The room and the entire building are very clean and cosy. Simple, but practical design. I know it's a matter of subjectivity, but we loved the mattresses, we had a very good sleep for the entire holiday! The staff was extremely helpful and easy to communicate to. They asked for feedback since the beginning and I appreciated that they offered to help when some minuses were mentioned. We will definitely come back!
