The apartment is spacious enough for 2-3 people (or a couple+2). It has a comfortable bed and a great big sofa. The kitchen is very well equipped and even has big enough coffee mugs :) The Nespresso machine was a plus and of course the washer+dryer!!! It also proves you with a dyson vacuum, which for me was a huge plus. The host is amazing, so friendly and attentive. Answered our questions, helped to improve wi-fi speed and provided a complimentary water and wine bottle. The surrounding area is great for bike rides and walks, but to get around further you'll need a car.

The washing machine was a bonus. Small semi-private area outside appt to relax with a beer and a book. Tip: Press the buzzer button named "Manfred + ..." at the entrance. Tip: Go to Friesach - fabulous little side trip for FREE on the SBahn to a walled village. Tip: A SPAR is just behind the Lidl.

There is a lot of space for comfort time spending. The host is very responsive and we had clear and detailed communication. Premises is clean and pleased. We will definitely recommend this place.

As far as we could tell, all apartments at least partially face away from the busy street, towards a small park/greens. All apartments have a nice-sized balcony. Garage in the building (extra fee but affordable). Staff very nice, flexible and accomodating - thank you!
