She helped us arrange a taxi from the airport to the apartment and also organized a morning taxi to the railway station. She gave us great recommendations for places to visit. The room was spotlessly clean, everything was perfect, and the view was truly magnificent.

Daily cleaning services are available upon request, which made our stay even more comfortable. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Any questions we encountered were resolved almost immediately. Both the air conditioning and heating systems work perfectly, making it a great choice no matter the season. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchenette that has all the essentials you might need, which is a thoughtful touch for anyone planning a longer stay. The location is another highlight—it’s situated in a very convenient area, close to supermarkets, parks, and excellent restaurants. The hotel also has its own restaurant offering high-quality food and drinks, which we really enjoyed. If I could rate it higher than 10/10, I absolutely would! We’ve already re-booked twice and will undoubtedly stay here again the next time we visit Sarajevo. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!
