The room was incredible, we felt like we’d arrived in a luxury apartment, it was so well appointed in a rustic, shabby chic style. Comfortable huge bed with a rural view and sunset from the mezzanine level. Fabulous rain showerhead and twin sinks for the bathroom. Mini kitchenette with everything you’d need to cook yourself, although there are restaurants and a carrefour supermarket just 10mins drive away in Kortenaker. We arrived during a heatwave and the room wasn’t unbearable, cooling down at night, despite no air conditioning. The B&B is located within a pear orchard with rural views, peace and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, continental style with eggs freshly cooked, fresh buns and sweet pastries from the local bakery, jams, juice, cereal, everything was delicious. Annick and Jürgen were the perfect hosts, we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The owner welcomed us, gave us a tour and then left us to enjoy our stay. Then waved us off as we left. Have a play with the jukebox, you won’t regret it. The views were fabulous and you’re a short walk from the town where there are lots of places to eat and drink. Superb for cyclists as there are safe places to store your bikes at the property.

The apartment was lovely and comfortable for the three of us, and the facilities were great. Our hosts were incredibly friendly, and the lady went above and beyond to help us. She gave us some fantastic tips on local markets, and we had a great time visiting one and even found some wonderful items from the village. Highly recommend!

Lovely hosts, beautiful property with pond, animals, plenty of space, secure car park, rural with lots of opportunities to walk/cycle. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with excellent (and easy to use) shower. We didn't make use of the many facilities on offer (bicycles etc). Lots of local information readily available.
