The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was nice, the 3 different spa's we're also incredible. It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

Amazing apartment and location, away from the main steet, clean fresh air from the forest close by. Spa building is also 2 minutes away. Cleanest accomodation I have ever visited. There are 2 smart TVs, one in each room and you also get instant unlimited hot water from centra gasl water heating, no individual electric boilers in each apartment that take forever to make hot water(common bansko problem) another huge bonus are the long windows courtains, they actually block sunlight and you can sleep in after a long night without problems. The host is an amazing guy, we had some trouble on the road and arrived very late, he insisted on putting an alarm and waking up just to help us accomodate, he's very nice and someone you can depend on, he really cares about your wellbeing and wants to be told about any issue you might have so can he fix it or help in any way possible. You can't go wrong with this place.

Two toilets, one bathroom. All kinds of appliances are available - big refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. The location is close to the park area of the city, 5 min walk to a shop. about 15-20 mins walk to the center area. Internal pool with nice SPA additions (dry and wet sauna and jacuzzi). External pool is children only. Lot of dedicated parking space around.

The location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The host is incredibly kind, funny, and welcoming — he helped us right away when we had an issue with our arrival date and made everything easy for us. The villa was perfectly suited for 4 people, very comfortable, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the house and the entire yard/complex. The food was delicious, and everything felt very homey. We were truly sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommended!
