The house is very nice, has lots of wood, it feels airy and open, and has a beautiful tropical garden. The kitchen is full of everything you might need, the yard has a hammock and lifting weights for a workout. It also has plenty of tables, chairs and outlets to work on your laptop. The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is great, and the AC works well. And my taxi driver told me this was the best neighborhood in Paraty. It felt extremely calm and safe to walk there and it was only a short walk from the center. The owner is a great guy, very nice and very helpful. And not to underestimate - the WiFi works great! If you work online, this is your place.

Had such a wonderful time here, it’s my favourite part of the whole island. Lucas and Gabriella are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing and the view is a spectacular finishing touch! I would love to come back here and recommend it to everyone:).

Bela vista ligger ca. 6 minutters gang fra Praia de Ibicui Strand og har en have, gårdhave og havudsigt. Dette overnatningssted ved stranden har en balkon, gratis privat parkering og gratis wi-fi. The caretakers, Sonia and Denis were absolutely lovely and helpful despite our language barrier. They made us feel very welcome. The place was very clean, had everything you need (including free off street parking) and the location and views are unbeatable. Easy to catch a ferry from Mangaratiba for a day trip to Ilha Grande (it leaves at 8am and returns at 5:30pm)

There was not anything to complain about during our stay. We were welcomed into the home by Eliane who was amazing from the moment we arrived. She had made a delicious carrot cake for us to arrive to as well and being caring and super helpful during our stay. The house itself was extremley clean, large and everything we needed. I would definatley return again

The wonderful owners, Sueli and Smile, welcomed us personally at reception—not with formalities or paperwork, but with heartfelt greetings that made us feel like old friends. Our room was already prepared, and Sueli herself walked us there, taking the time to explain every thoughtful detail. The room was cozy and comfortable, complete with a small but very convenient kitchen—perfect for a relaxed stay. The entire property is beautifully maintained, featuring lush green lawns, plenty of trees, a generously sized swimming pool, a billiard table, and even a ping pong table. And best of all—it’s right on the beach! You can enjoy complimentary use of kayaks and paddle boards, take a swim, or simply stroll along the shore of a stunning beach nestled in a picturesque lagoon. We were more than happy to spend three days there —it truly felt like a home away from home. Honestly, we could have stayed much longer and would return in a heartbeat!
