Location was perfect for us - 15 minutes from the airport. The area was quiet, supermarket very close. The owners are still renovating / upgrading parts of the building - but what they have done is to an excellent standard. Our room and outside area was great ... so much so that we decided to stay in, do a cook up and watch a movie (Netflix was a nice bonus) rather than hunt out a restaurant. After 3 weeks of travel it felt like a little oasis. The owners have renovated to a high standard - great kitchen / bathroom, AC throughout. A comfortable night ahead of a long journey

A bit outside busy San Pedro downtown - which we perceived as a true bliss after having stayed there before moving over to Belize Budget Suites.

All rooms at the hotel come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a kitchen, a dining area, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a shower. Guest rooms will provide guests with a fridge. Central location, just a few steps from “downtown”. (No need for a golf cart, only if you want to go to Secret Beach) As soon as you stepped on the premises, it felt like a small slice of paradise. It is really well kept and clean. Also the apartments are huge and clean. They don’t have the modern/clean aesthetic but feel really homey. And let me tell you about the staff: They really care and help out with anything they can. They are super fast with replying and flexible. I was able to be put on to an earlier flight to the island and they re-organized a taxi and check in for me 1 hour early in the matter of minutes. I really enjoyed my stay. If you don’t want the typical resort life but more of a independent vibe, this is a great place to be.

Facing the seafront in Caye Caulker, Seaside Villas features an outdoor pool and a garden. The property has pool views and is a few steps from Caye Caulker Beach. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The property was very well taken care of and it has a great location on the island. Our unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the living space and bedrooms were comfy. All the air conditioning units worked well. We felt that our stay was a great value.

All units except the standard room have a full kitchen. The standard room has a microwave and fridge. Location! Loved our private, quiet patio for sitting and sipping at days end.
