(No need for a golf cart, only if you want to go to Secret Beach) As soon as you stepped on the premises, it felt like a small slice of paradise. It is really well kept and clean. Also the apartments are huge and clean. They don’t have the modern/clean aesthetic but feel really homey. And let me tell you about the staff: They really care and help out with anything they can. They are super fast with replying and flexible. I was able to be put on to an earlier flight to the island and they re-organized a taxi and check in for me 1 hour early in the matter of minutes. I really enjoyed my stay. If you don’t want the typical resort life but more of a independent vibe, this is a great place to be.

Facing the seafront in Caye Caulker, Seaside Villas features an outdoor pool and a garden. The property has pool views and is a few steps from Caye Caulker Beach. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The property was very well taken care of and it has a great location on the island. Our unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the living space and bedrooms were comfy. All the air conditioning units worked well. We felt that our stay was a great value.

The private bathroom also comes with a shower and you can enjoy sea view and pool view from the room. We were so impressed with the location, cleanliness, and comfort of this place. We would love to return. The cleaner did such an outstanding job - it was so nice returning to a clean room every day. And Jessica at the front desk was helpful with advice and reservations. Very comfortable bed; shower had great hot water and good pressure; easy parking across the street for a golf cart; great location in town so you get a little street noise, but that is expected for the location. Basically exceeded all our expectations.
