Location was perfect for us - 15 minutes from the airport. The area was quiet, supermarket very close. The owners are still renovating / upgrading parts of the building - but what they have done is to an excellent standard. Our room and outside area was great ... so much so that we decided to stay in, do a cook up and watch a movie (Netflix was a nice bonus) rather than hunt out a restaurant. After 3 weeks of travel it felt like a little oasis. The owners have renovated to a high standard - great kitchen / bathroom, AC throughout. A comfortable night ahead of a long journey

Set in San Pedro and with San Pedro Beach reachable within 2.5 km, Belize Budget Suites offers a garden, rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and barbecue facilities. Guests can enjoy garden views. Chose to stay in San Pedro for the established dive shops, and probably will still prefer this to dive shops in Caye Caulker. Staff was super friendly and helpful, very responsive on texts. The room was amazingly HUGE for the price and comes super well equipped! Living room, small kitchen and separate bedroom, it was really lovely. Just a 3 mins walk to the beach, so pick up via one of the nearby jetty is convenient too if you were to go with dive shops further up the beach.

Set in San Pedro, 700 metres from North Ambergris Caye Beach, Casa del Rai offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and barbecue facilities. The rooms are equipped with a balcony with city views and free WiFi. Beautiful location, wonderful owners & staff, so much better than other places I've stayed there. We will certainly be back!!

Facing the seafront in Caye Caulker, Seaside Villas features an outdoor pool and a garden. The property has pool views and is a few steps from Caye Caulker Beach. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The property was very well taken care of and it has a great location on the island. Our unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the living space and bedrooms were comfy. All the air conditioning units worked well. We felt that our stay was a great value.

All units have air conditioning and a flat screen TV. Also featured are beach towels, a hair dryer, laptop safe, water dispenser, ceiling fans and either a deck or patio. All units except the standard room have a full kitchen. The standard room has a microwave and fridge. The villas offer air conditioning, ceiling fans, seating area, flat-screen cable TV and a fully-equipped kitchen. The balcony has views of the pool and the Caribbean Sea, while the bathrooms include free toiletries. We are so glad we stayed here. It is on the north end of Ambergis Caye. Not having been before, we didn't realize what a good move that was. It was quiet, out of the fray of town, and had a wonderful stretch of beach. The resort may have been full but you barely noticed because of how it is set up. Everyone is in a villa, and ours was right on the beach, upstairs, with an epic view. Room was clean, perfect size, and the kitchenette was well equipped. It is remote, so you will want to use that kitchenette. The closest market is at least 20 min away each way and is small, so we learned the hard way, it is worth having your shuttle bring you to a store before you arrive. We did rent a golf cart through the hotel for our whole stay and appreciated the flexibility it afforded us. The staff are all lovely and helpful.
