I dont usually give out 10s easily, but this one is really the best value for money I found in my many travels. A luxury vila for the whole family, clean, spacious, cofortable, new and a nice small private pool on the roof for half the price the room in a nearby resort costs. It really deserves a 10 as there was absolutely nothing wrong and whole family was super happy to stay here.

This property and caretaker David just were above and beyond what we could have hoped for! What a beautiful house with all the amenities just minutes from town. Howler monkeys and plenty of birds made every morning memorable. I have never seen such detail and thought go into the decor and feel of each room. We felt at home here and will be back.

Owner met us on arrival and was very helpful letting us know about the property facilities. The location was great, very easy to get to local restaurants and shops, and also very handy for the Mayan attractions nearby. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

You have a private riverside seating area as well with the option to swim. Two cute dogs will welcome you in the morning and when you return from a tour or dinner. Ant it comes with lots of extras: strong wifi, washing machine and dryer, super comfy towels, a hammock, many kitchen devices. The owner is friendly and quick in responding, there is the option to book tours, and Albert, the caretaker of the house, is very friendly and helpful. If you are in this region and the cabine is available, book it!

Beautiful views and SO much to do!! The host were amazing and friendly! They helped us set up rides/taxis between destinations. All our needs were met promptly and our stay was 11/10. We will be coming back and staying in the new villas that the hosts are building. 1000000% recommend.

Where do I start!!!!!!!! The Villa Massis staff is more like family. They served us like royalty and treated us as if we were family. I would stay at Villa Massis every time I visit Bullet Tree!!!! Everytime I visit Belize!

The area felt so secluded but also very clean and safe. We also had trails to a waterfall and cave towards the back of the property which was great for exploring when we didn’t feel like driving. The room was well stocked and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were really impressed by how well the screens kept the bugs out and we loved laying in the hammock in the screened in porch. It was a bit cold to swim in the pool but we liked heading there in the evenings to relax and enjoy the evening. It was also wonderful to use the grill by the pool and super easy.

When we had ants in our room (due to heavy rain so not the villa’s fault), they swiftly moved us to a new room. They also offered great tips and were overall very sweet.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. The manager of this place was so so sweet and helpful throughout our entire stay! She helped organizing our trip to the atm cave and made sure we had all information. Their restaurant was closed due to some religious holiday but she made sure we were well fed by making us delicious sandwiches. Clean rooms and nice pool area. Wish I could have stayed a few more days.
