The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable, very quiet and peaceful. It looks like it was recently remodeled and the finishes are tasteful. The beds and linens are very comfortable. It’s about a 20-25 minute walk to the harbor or downtown. We had a funny thing, there was an air conditioner in each bedroom and the main room but we didn’t see a heater and it got quite cold. I finally asked the owner about heat and he told me the AC units were also heaters, you just have to slide the cover of the controller down to expose all the other controls; we’d never seen one like that before. After that the temperature was very comfortable. Lovely unit, we’d stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

This apartment was an excellent choice for our vacation. With large windows on two sides, it offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. Quinpool Road provides convenient walking access to numerous restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores. The well-equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer made it feel so much more comfortable than a typical hotel room. The clear instructions for entry, exit, and garage use were perfectly detailed. It gave us all the comforts of home while still delivering the excitement of being somewhere new.

The greatest aspect of renting this property was the fabulous communication between the Units owner and myself. He was extremely personable and professional and made himself accessible to any of my questions with a very prompt response. The gold standard hospitality we received from all aspects of this property will have us recommending it to all of our friends and family and will be using ourselves in the future.
