Beautiful suite in a great location with lovely staff. Suite was very spacious with a great view. Located in a lovely safe area with lots of nice restaurants, bakeries and cafes nearby. Urban Fare across the road for purchasing food and drink, also has a Starbucks. Highly recommend !

Smithe House features certain units that include a balcony, and all rooms include a coffee machine. All units will provide guests with a fridge. We stayed at Smithe House when we were going to a concert at BC Place. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the stadium! There was a nice little woodfire pizza restaurant just a few minutes walk away. They upgraded us and our room was fantastic... modern and clean with all of the appliances you could need, a shower with nice water pressure, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and even a private balcony! They were even thoughtful enough to ask what coffee we would prefer. You don't need to check in at a desk. Everything is done via text/email. We paid for private secure parking in their garage...highly recommended! Their communication is the absolute best. We spoke with them several times before and during our stay. We highly recommend Smithe House and will hopefully get to stay there again soon!

A warm, kind host welcomed us with delicious blueberries, ushered us into a tidy, well-organized room. The house was ornamented with various plants and pianos, and sort of soothing music was played during the daytime. 6 lovely cats were exploring the house, making the house even more loving to stay:) A garden in the backyard where we often had meal was beautiful, and the host gave us delicious dairy products! Guests can also use the laundry facilities complimentarily. Unless you are hypersensitive to cat fur, the sweet home might be one of the greatest choices for your travel!

Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. The accommodation is non-smoking. The views are incredible. We walked everywhere and should have booked it for a few more days just so we could hit all the yummy looking bars and restaurants. The bedding is great and the beds were comfortable.

Very modern, very comfortable, very clean, access to Netflix and other programs on TV, kitchen filled with the basics, including sauces, oil, salt and pepper, etc, for cooking. Extremely easy to access on arrival and hosts responded via message immediately if you had any questions. Sometimes you could hear people walking upstairs, but that did not bother us, as it was during the day, never at night when we were sleeping.

Very clean, comfortable little suite with a huge bed. Minh and Ruby were extraordinary hosts and made sure to make us feel as welcome as possible! They were extremely responsive and helpful with all our questions. The place is quite central- there is an amazing park nearby and restaurants all over in a walking distance. Recommended!!

The House is really beautiful, and the host are really nice. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet, it feels peaceful. The room is big, clean and with a great bed, and also the bathroom is big and well equiped. Even we arrived late from the airport, the checking proccess was really easy! The location was convenient for us, near the border, because we wanted to visit both Seattle and Vancouver.

The house was clean and comfortable. It was on the basement but not humid nor dark. The host prepared lots of welcoming presents for us. And all the stuff was extremely clean. I really love this place.
