They have an entire area with jacuzzi, hot baths and saunas (you get a free drink per use) as well as an alpaca farm where you can pet them or take them for a walk. Tech is great - via a third party app, you can open all doors from your phone as long as you are next to them and you have your bluetooth on. The saunas and jacuzzi are also app operated by the staff members. The restaurant was under construction still when we stayed, reason why there was no breakfast, yet we had the possibility to order the night before some croissants/yoghurt and/or coffee. There are vending machines at the reception as well. Location is great. We went at the end of May so no skiing for us, yet we rented the electric bikes and went to Laghi di Cancano which is up the mountain right behind the building. Right in front of the building there was also an advertisment for downhill family bob but we didn't get the chance to explore it. Overall, very nice mountain area with lots of things to do in summer/winter. Make sure that when you want to go out to eat you make a reservation as the restaurants are usually full.

Just 1.5 km outside of Livigno, it has free ski bus links to the Mottolino ski area. Absolutely perfect vacation. All the people working there were so friendly and helpful. Our chalet was very cozy and comfortable and we loved the view from our terrace. Room was very clean. There were many great choices for breakfast, everything was super fresh. Also we used dinner delivered to room service and it was great! Food was delicious :) Teola ski lift is in the walking distance and hotel also offers ski shuttle service.

There are spices, oil, coffee, cold water, ice cubes, hand soap, body wash, etc. Cute magazines about the region were fun and informative to read. The garage helped us not to have to worry about our car. The river and mountain view is gorgeous, and I personally enjoyed having the river so close to listen to it rushing by. It's sound covers up any street noise. Below the balcony, we gazed upon neighbors' pomegranate tree and pretty garden. Agostino is responsive, friendly and professional. He met us to explain everything clearly and gave great tips. The beautiful town center is a few minutes away on foot. We walked to dinner along a path by the river. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was delicious. Thank you, Agostino!
