The apartment had absolutely everything you could think of — I’ve never experienced such attention to detail in any other! From coffee capsules and towels to a hair dryer and even detergents, everything was thoughtfully provided. It went far beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with a large supermarket just a short walk away and a pharmacy right across the street. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful our stay was. Thank you so much, Ana and Andrea — I’ll definitely be back!

This was the only property we stayed at in Switzerland with AC thank goodness. It was also in a good central location in Lugano. The room was very clean and comfortable and also the beds were wonderful and we slept very well. Self check-in was easy and efficient and the hosts were responsive. We were able to get to Valle Verzasca from this location which took about 1.5 hours. 100% recommend!!

Recommended if you plan to stay with friends or family. (Can fit up to 6 people) If you are fond of cooking then this place is just perfect as you will get everything you need. You could easily reach town and Lugano lake with a car. Nearby you could find a Thai restaurant (you need to cross the road via the tunnel and turn right). There is also a kebab restaurant just a few steps away. The owner sent us details on how to do a self check in and park the car. Switzerland has a special place in my heart as I got my degrees here. Shelves in the kitchen and other rooms are labeled, so you can easily find everything you need. Towels, bathroom accessories are plenty. Plenty of kitchen accessories for cooking and storage. The apartment is renovated and comfy. The place is 5 mins away from a bus stop, 10 mins from a beautiful park and 30 mins of walking to the city center. Lidl, coop are 5-10 mins away from the apartment. The place was clean on arrival. Welcome coffee is a nice touch. One of the best place I've ever been to.
