The apartment had absolutely everything you could think of — I’ve never experienced such attention to detail in any other! From coffee capsules and towels to a hair dryer and even detergents, everything was thoughtfully provided. It went far beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with a large supermarket just a short walk away and a pharmacy right across the street. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful our stay was. Thank you so much, Ana and Andrea — I’ll definitely be back!

We were very privileged to have such attentive hosts who were always in touch and explained everything in detail. The apartment is clean, bright, and modern. Everything is well-organized. Despite the relatively small size, the space is used very efficiently, giving a feeling of spaciousness. All household items are clearly labeled, and some even have QR codes with instructions. Although the apartment is not located in the city center, it has a convenient and cozy location. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Regarding parking – despite the warning that the space might be tight for large vehicles, our crossover fit comfortably (you just need to be careful when entering).

Everything was perfect, The location and the apartment was spacious with all the things you need. The attention to the minor details such as games for kids and the baby chair and the kitchen was filled with all the necessary items.

Recommended if you plan to stay with friends or family. (Can fit up to 6 people) If you are fond of cooking then this place is just perfect as you will get everything you need. You could easily reach town and Lugano lake with a car. Nearby you could find a Thai restaurant (you need to cross the road via the tunnel and turn right). There is also a kebab restaurant just a few steps away. The owner sent us details on how to do a self check in and park the car. Switzerland has a special place in my heart as I got my degrees here. I look forward to coming back again in the future. Thank you very much for the courtesy and help during our stay.

We've booked two apts Roxy (2nd floor) and Sofia (1st) floor, each for 2 persons. Clean and cozy apartments, fully equipped kitchen. Coffee capsules, sugar, all kinds of chemicals. Even in bathroom big bottles with shampoo, body gel and hair conditioner. Excellent location for Lugano - less that 10 min walk and you reach coastal park and then city center. in 1 minute walk - bakery, in 5 - Migros. And parking place for each apts - 30 meters in opposite was really great. Ana was always ready to help - replied to WhatsApp immediately and solved any question and even personal requests. She is host which really loves her business and respects each client.
