We found absolutely everything for our stay. The garage is in the basement of the building and the spot is close to the elevator entrance. The windows are of very good quality and does not allow noise to get inside the unit.

This is the best apartment we have stayed in during our 9 week trip to Europe. It is right on the promenade overlooking Lake Constance, has two balconies, large rooms, extremely clean and very well appointed. It has everything you could wish for in a home including a great selection of teas. Maria, the host, shows care and hospitality in all the little touches including chocolates on the pillows and a welcome bottle of wine. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The accommodations exceeded all expectations. The property was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was the cozy, well-appointed room or the peaceful garden to unwind in, every detail was carefully thought out to ensure guests felt at home. The location is ideal for anyone seeking to explore the beauty of Switzerland. Leutswil offers the tranquility of rural life while being conveniently close to major attractions, scenic hikes, and charming towns. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a peaceful walk through the hills or venture out for a day trip to nearby cities, the location is perfect for all types of travelers. Quiet apartment. The kitchen is stocked with quality pots and sharp knives - very nice. The bathroom is large with rain shower head. Washer and dryer worked well and we were provided with some laundry detergent. Nice touch. Bed was comfortable with nice duvets. Blackout blinds on the floor to ceiling windows are lowered by pushing buttons on a panel near the bathroom entry. We would stay here again.
