The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to the city center and public transport. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lugano!

We were very privileged to have such attentive hosts who were always in touch and explained everything in detail. The apartment is clean, bright, and modern. Everything is well-organized. Despite the relatively small size, the space is used very efficiently, giving a feeling of spaciousness. All household items are clearly labeled, and some even have QR codes with instructions. Although the apartment is not located in the city center, it has a convenient and cozy location. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Regarding parking – despite the warning that the space might be tight for large vehicles, our crossover fit comfortably (you just need to be careful when entering).

It’s very well equipped, fully clean and full of compliments like social games and books, perfect for family trips. And in the top of all, the managers are kind, responsive and nice people. We definitely will back. Last, but not least, the place really has a free parking, unlike other properties with external and expensive parkings.

She literally welcomed us with open arms and was so kind to us from the very first message when we had booked our stay months prior. We feel like we made a new friend! She went out of her way to explain and answer our questions regarding restaurant reservations and activities in the area. She verified times for us for the little train that goes around Bellinzona, which is an adorable little train ride and she gave us tips about the local markets and was so attentive to our every need. She offered us lovely goods from the bakery for breakfast and the vanilla croissant was so delicious and the bread she provided every day for us was some of the best bread we've ever had! And the view from our "Blue Balance" room was absolutely stunning! It had a floor to ceiling window with a gorgeous balcony and we could see the mountains and the town and the castles and there aren't enough woods in the world to say how fabulous the view was and we were able to see from the comfort of our room fireworks on New Year's Eve. The view from the shared kitchen was lovely and we were able to heat some basic things on the stove. There was no microwave but it wasn't necessary for us. She is such a lovely person and gave extra pillows in the room at our request because we were recovering from an injury. She gave us beautiful gifts when we left and offered us fantastic Prosecco when we arrived. All in all it was an extraordinary exceptional stay and we highly recommend it. She is a truly kind warm and welcoming person.

As others mentioned, we would have loved to stay longer.

Everything was perfect from the apartment itself to the view of the lake and the location that was 3 walking minutes away from the train station and about 15 walking minutes to the center of Lugano. Free parking was available. Every small and big details were thought of and provided for us. I’ll certainly come back again.

And yet, you can walk to the supermarket and bus stop in 3 minutes, and from there you can take a bus that runs every 15 to 30 minutes to Bellinzona, Giubiasco, and Locarno. The interior is calm and comfortable, and the facilities and consumables are well-equipped and easy to use. The owners are a very kind couple, and they live upstairs so you can ask them anytime.

The room was more than we expected, more like an apartment with kitchen and also a washer and dryer. It was spacious and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us.
