Situated 1.3 km from Parque Araucano, The Place, Live & Meet features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge and a 24-hour front desk for your convenience. Amazing location and facilities were neat! Would stay here on my next visit to Chile for sure. There is a coffee shop downstairs that is perfect for good drinks and food.

Santa Magdalena is located in the El Bosque Norte area. Tobalaba Subway Station is 1 block away. We had an early morning arrival at Santiago (6:30 AM) and the property manager told us ahead they will try to get the room ready if possible else we can leave luggage in their office while we explore the city. The room was indeed kept ready for us to check-in which was super helpful! The second bathroom is a bit small but is perfectly usable and everything is as seen in photos. Very central location, short walk to metro as well as Sky Costanera complex. A very convenient and safe location to explore Santiago from.

The location is great, easy access to metro and buses, close to restaurants and stores, feel safe in the neighborhood, next to the river, a nice easy walk to Metropolitano de Santiago park, also nice to walk along the river. The room is clean with a small kitchen and washer/dryer. It feels like a home. The apartment manager Lazaro and Ivan are very nice and helpful. We needed to have some important documents print-out during our stay, Ivan helped us without hesitation. We ended up extending our stay in Santiago, luckily Ivan found another room for us, also spotless clean. We will definitely come back to this apartment again and also highly recommend to others.

This fantastic apart-hotel came to our rescue when we had been let down at the minute by another provider. From the moment we booked, they were responsive, friendly, professional and kind. The apartments are spacious, really well equipped and sparkling clean. We were able to book a couple of different sizes which accommodated our family group exactly. The area is quiet and safe and the street outside is convenient for being picked up and dropped off by cars. There is a great casual dining restaurant next door and a convenience store and a gorgeous bakery nearby. We all enjoyed our stay here - and would definitely highly recommend it and would choose to stay again. We’d award more stars if we could. Perfect! Thank you for taking such good care of us.
