Place is close to town for meals but has the basic supplies you need for a little self catering when you can’t pull yourself away from the view. Stayed in unit 5 which was incredible.

The property is really beautifully designed, and the addition of the shared outside space is a real bonus - even though we didn't get to use it to its maximum because of the rain, it would have been a game changer in better weather. David and Escarlett are very attentive hosts, and they were present and available to support with whatever was needed, such as recommendations and extra towels, even looking after our belongings when we arrived far ahead of schedule and keeping us up to speed about when the room would be ready. The room itself was great, with everything we needed for our short stay, but we would have managed a much longer stay with the facilities, with a fully equipped kitchen and storage space. Location wise, we were a 5 minute drive from any of the beaches in Bahia Uvita and 2 minutes away from an amazing breakfast recommendation, Que Tuanis. We would definitely return if we would ever be in Uvita again

Location is excellent, just a block from the beach and walking distance to markets and fantastic beach front restaurant. House is immaculately clean. Kitchen is very well equipped. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms have AC for a restful sleep. Was great to have indoor parking. The garden is amazing and the pool outstanding. The host is best of the best: I made the reservation early on the same day and she let us in earlier as soon as cleaning was done. Communication and instructions were timely and clear. I’m very thankful with the host

The view alone is worth the long bumpy drive up the hill. The pool is beautiful and the house has everything that you need for a more than comfortable stay. We watched the sun set each night and we were gently wakened as it rose the next morning.

The place is located in a quiet location, it looked better than we expected. We had a pleasant stay, the host was nice and helpful. There are some stores at a walking distance. We booked 2 nights but ended up staying some more.
