The villa is close to the beach and has some supermarkets around. The area was nice and quiet. If you rent a car you can get to pretty much any beach, including beaches in Ayia Napa in less than 15 minutes. The hosts were very nice, they came to the property to show us around and they were constantly asking if everything was good. There is also an air conditioning unit in every room. Good to know in the area: You can pay with a credit card almost anywhere. In our entire stay, there was only a single place that was selling corn and we couldn't pay by card. Moreover, if you can rent a car, do that. Even if you've never driven on the left side, after the first 15 to 30 minutes everything will clear up. After that, you can go anywhere with the car since the Larnaka airport is connected via a highway with every resort nearby. You can go from Protaras to Ayia Napa every single day for a 10-15 minutes drive. There are parking lots everywhere and the most expensive one we've found was 3€ for the whole day.

The check-in was very easy and the host was super friendly he gave us great recommendations for our stay and was always available for help. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. The apartment is located perfectly.

The location was perfect for us at a fair price: large apartment not too far from the restaurants but far enough to have a good sleep at night without being disturbed by the night life. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine that made our mornings better. Also the wifi connection is stable and fast and the smart TV has a Netflix account that our kids enjoyed. The balcony is large with 4 chairs table that was great for morning coffee and wine in the lazy evening evenings. Also there are parking places available and a common closet with things you would need at the beach - this part I found really helpful and environmentally friendly - all kind of plastic beach toys are being reused and kids were every day happy to get a new toy at the beach. We definitely recommend this property to others.
