We used free public parking about 15 min by walk from accomodation that was already out of city center and marked as public free parking. All was great. In studio was everything with qr code eith manual how to use things like coffee machine etc really user friendly. Also nice is coffee wending machine at ground floor and smoking area outside. There is elevator big enough for child trolley. Great value for the price.

All units include a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. We loved the place. It was clean, the location is great, there is a parking space for each apartment. It is really close to the Saunia SPA which is open to the public. There are great recommendations in a folder prepared by the owner - we took the advise and went to “U Tomašu” and it was delicious on a very good prices. The beds were comfy, we used the washing machine and it was good, there is always hot water and the apartment was very warm. The second night we had an issue with the parking spot, as some idiot had parked there, even thought it says that it is reserved for the apartments, so we called the landlord he came and let us use his spot. Overall we were more than happy to be there.

Great location to the center (a little walk uphill though), kind staff, very clean room. We would stay here again.

The property has river and city views, and is 200 metres from Hot Spring. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Amazing location and very clean rooms. The host Jakub was very welcoming and accommodating. I have no complaints at all!

If there is a chance to be in Karlovy Vary again, then only the Leopold hotel!

These were wonderful, clean, and new apartments with a perfect location near the thermal baths and the city center, where the best restaurants and museums are gathered. A separate plus was the dryer in the apartment, as we went skiing, and our outfits dried quickly. A pleasant bonus was the sweets and the coffee machine with coffee. A special thank you for the bouquet of flowers in the vase. We will definitely come back here!

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated FOUR ROOMS Carlsbad Authentic features accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation provides a patio. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. It is a wonderful little hotel located in a very quiet neighborhood, but it takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the center of town. This place feels like home, it is a beautifully restored old building. The owner is extremely helpful and just makes your stay absolutely enjoyable. He is very easy to communicate: he speaks perfect English. We would be happy to stay here again.
