The property is non-smoking and is located 2.9 km from Main Train Station Ostrava. I got room 52, which is actually a whole studio with kitchen and huge bathroom. I would like to stay there again of I need to. Bed is amazing, lighting with control, view to the street, close to shops and restaurants, kitchen with all utensils, plenty of cupboards and normal size fridge, not a bar one. Never got to speak to anyone from staff but received all the details before the time and correctly. The lift is old and a bit scary, but it works and that’s what matters. I travel a lot and do recommend!

Interior design is wonderful and practical. A lot of storage space. Well equipped all around (TV with a lot of channels, stationary supplies, board games..), kitchen (appliances, utensils, variety of teas and coffee), bathroom (bottles of shower gel, shampoo etc). Tram stop literally at the doorstep with great connections, another stop connected to other parts of the town 3min away. Three main grocery stores within 5-10min walking distance. Train station some 20min on foot. Floor heating, radiator, AC in both rooms - with controls. Many lighting options. Apartment with code operated front door (building entrance has a normal key). Nice quiet area. Balcony with a pleasant view. There was a welcome drink and a jar of herbal water and fruit. The industrial feel of the apartment's design goes perfectly with the rest of the city.

It really is close to the river, though the photo showing a river view doesn’t mean that’s the actual view from the window — the windows face a nearby school. The area is quiet and central. Entry is convenient, with a code instead of key exchange. Everything is provided except for a washing machine, which might matter for some guests, though we were on a business trip and didn’t need it. We only missed having a larger, more comfortable hairdryer — the one there is a small travel version. It would also be nice to have a big mirror by the door; for business travel, that would be quite useful. Still, all this was easily outweighed by the excellent communication with the host: fluent English, immediate responses, and a caring attitude. She was kind and attentive. We’re happy we chose this apartment.
