The intent behind keeping it raw and close to the nature is commendable. Sudden fresh energy you'd feel at this place after all the haggling, hustling, and history of the trip. For the price charged, I wonder how could they provide this level of hospitality. The rooms were clean, spacious, reasonable amenities, great common space, an entire farm to explore, and the wonderful host. The location is easily approachable from the main road. It is a shame that we could not spend much time there and we had to leave in few hours, but If I ever visit Luxor again, this stay will definitely be my first priority.

The place was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming especially Mohammad. The cozy atmosphere made it a perfect stay. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

The apartment was spacious, meticulously clean, with a balcony that we spent a lot of time on enjoying the garden below. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful - a nice respite from the busy tourist sites - but only a short walk to the river and ferry to the East bank. As amazing as the property is, the very best thing about this place is the owner, Mahmoud. He is a kind and generous person. He helped us arranged tours and transfers. He looked out for us when my husband got sick, made delicious breakfast and dinner. You can get meals at the property if you want, and eat in the gorgeous roof terrace. The food was really delicious. If you plan on visiting any West bank sites, for example, Valley of the Kings or taking a sunrise hot air balloon trip, you will be so close ( and get to sleep in longer in case if the balloon trip!). I really can't say enough about Tasneem Palace. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It was better than any hotel and was our favorite place in our 3 weeks in Egypt. Thank you Mahmoud.

We have been travelled all around the world but I believe it was the number one place we have ever stayed. The peaceful area, the helpful people around, the fabulous villa and the host Momo all made our holiday unforgettable. Has a lovely and beautiful cat in the garden we already miss her too 11/10 😊 highly recommended
