What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed, Khalil, Nancy, and the manager, who consistently checked in on me to ensure everything was going well. Their attentiveness and genuine care were truly appreciated. They made me feel like a valued guest.

Exceeded my expectations! I have stayed at a lot of the other budget hotels in this price range and they are by far the best. Friendly staff, super helpful, and great location. WiFi is FAST and reliable which was a huge plus for me since I work remotely. It is a little loud from being right in downtown, but I can sleep through anything. Maybe bring some earplugs if it really bothers you.

I can only agree with all the great reviews! The accommodation is in a great location in the centre of Cairo's old town and is very clean, modern and new. We felt very comfortable. We travelled from the airport by Uber and had no problems finding the building using the google maps link provided by the accommodation. There is someone at the reception 24/7 for questions and for check in/out.

This is my second stay at Prime Residence! I like it for a quick layover trip. The first time, I stayed for 3 days, and this time for 2 days. The place is spacious, modern, clean, with an excellent mattress (lol), and the staff is very welcoming! It’s conveniently close to Point 90 Mall and other attractions.

The hotel is quiet and calm, you can have a good rest. Nice area, calm and elegant, close to Festival Mall by taxi. I wish prosperity to the hotel and we will definitely come back here.
