The kitchen lacks only an oven; we used it to cook some aged beef and vegetables from Alicante's wonderful Mercat Central (less than a 10-minute walk away). The staff are very friendly and helpful. They will give you a key to a locker to store your luggage if you aren't ready to leave town at the 11:00 checkout time.
